Time as Physical Objects
Usually we don’t treat time as something tangible. That is why time slots reserved for tasks can be easily expanded or intersected. Let’s imagine that a time slot is an object and all these objects like things in a closet that is your working day or week. How easy is it to find something in a closet when it’s completely disordered? Will you find necessary if you are lack of time? Answers are obvious and so do treatment. Once you clean up the mess you improve planning and hence productivity. Having Calendar (aka closet) at hand you’ll start refer to time more responsible, so you’ll stop juggle time and make mess. After all
Time sleeps like grains of sand and will never come back again.
