To leave a team, first go to the Teams page by clicking Teams in the sidebar.

On the Teams page, select the team you want to leave.

In the team modal, open the ellipsis menu in the top-right corner and select Leave team.

A confirmation modal will appear. Confirm to leave the team.

If you are a team owner, you must select a team member to become the new owner.
