Itimist has built-in AI Assistant that can help you solve your tasks faster. AI understands your entire task — from its title and description to its comments and attached files — and responds with insights that match the real context.

Before starting to work with AI, make sure that your team balance is topped up with at least one dollar - this is required minimum amount.

To work with AI open your task and then navigate to Comments tab.

Here you can not only chat with your team members, but also chat with AI to quickly solve your tasks.

To address your message to the AI, you need to tag it in the comments. In the comment input field type @ and popup appears which shows all team members including AI Assistant at the very top. Tag AI Assistant by pressing Enter or click on it.

Before sending your message to AI, you can choose the AI model. There are several AI models available such as GPT-4o, GPT-4o mini, etc. Switch between models using the button below the comment input field.

Then write your message to AI and send your comment. AI Assistant also understands file contents, so you can also attach files to the comment.

After sending your comment AI will start processing your message and after a few seconds a new comment from AI appear in the list.

You can continue chatting with AI while updating task contents or chatting with team members - AI always understands whole context of the task and be ready to help you to resolve your task.
